There is material that allows you to provide most of the necessary requirements. This is polycarbonate. Polycarbonate diffuser with UV protection additives does not fear ultraviolet radiation, retains its strength characteristics over a wide range of temperatures (-50 +160), has good fire-fighting and smoke-forming characteristics (up to 94V-0).
