In the manufacture of LED and other lamps, it is extremely important to ensure compatibility of polycarbonate or acrylic profile with the housing of the luminaire, with the end cover, to manufacture hangers for the luminaire. All this has to be ordered at different factories manufacturers of components.
Our partner, DPM Complex with cooperation with Polycarbonate Profiles LLC helps to solve this problem. Working in cooperation, we ensure full compatibility of all elements of the lamp.
Brief description of the technological capabilities of the company:
The company has a fleet of welding, bending, stamping equipment, CNC turning and milling machines, incl. Turning and milling machines with CNC, equipment for vacuum molding of plastics, assembly and assembly areas, as well as other equipment for performing a wide range of work on the manufacture of parts from various materials to technologically capacious finished products.
1. Manufacturing of end caps for "linear" lamps of various materials:
- from aluminum alloys by milling
-of various plastics by milling
- from various plastics by vacuum forming method with subsequent processing
-of various plastics by thermoforming.
2. Manufacturing of diffusers of various complexity (protective glasses for optical parts of LED lamps) made of PMMA and PC by vacuum forming and thermoforming.
3. Manufacturing of brackets and fastening systems (of any complexity) for fixtures, for the purposes of Architectural Artistic Backlighting (AHP) and other purposes of installing fixtures.
4. Development and manufacture of LED lighting fixtures.
